Since ure from cavite, take plane to reach Laoag . I suggest you hire private van thays what we did this year. Ill send u the contact details . cavite is near the airport . Once u reach that city the vam will pick u up from airport, send you to hotrl and offers day tours which is worthy coz if u tour on your own, you may not be able to see sll nice places there We got the whole 4 days package. Airport -hotel- 3 days tour - airport back to manila.
