A North Carolina school board rejected a proposal that would have required the U.S. Constitution, among other documents, to be displayed in its schools.
"That battle has been fought and been lost. Sorry, I believe in the Ten Commandments. Everybody in this room lives by the Ten Commandments," Vice Chair Charles Kelly said.
