《荒野大镖客：救赎》最初于2010年5月在PS3和Xbox360平台推出。本作是Rockstar的人气游戏《荒野大镖客》的续作，以20世纪北美殖民拓荒以及工业革命为背景，讲述了主人公JohnMarston在没有法律和秩序的西部荒野上的冒险故事。

对于一款已有14年历史的游戏来说，这个价格并没有受到好评，不少国外玩家在Steam社区发帖批评R星的定价策略。有玩家表示自己虽然是R星的忠实粉丝，但难以接受一款14年前的游戏要卖到50美元。
