Alberto Mota, 42, pleaded guilty in August to vehicular assault, felony menacing, child abuse and reckless endangerment, according to court records.

A Denver man was sentenced to a decade in prison for a road rage assault in Douglas County, which was caught on a driver's dash camera. The dash camera catches the scene at around the one-minute mark.

The assault, which happened on I-25 in the Castle Pines area, was recorded by a dash camera from another vehicle.
