2020年2月11日 · Open the printer to where the inks are, Disconnect the power cord, Remove the inks and set them carefully aside, Plug the printer back in, Power it back on, Reinsert the inks in their respective slots. Ensure the gray restraining lever in front of each is snapped back up into place after the inks are reinserted.

2019年9月16日 · Canon Customer Support says it's an A.T.&T. problem. All other functions of the MG3520 work fine except scanning. The scanning function used to work until MicroSoft made one of its updates to Windows 10. So now when I have a lot of scanning to do, I just reset the modem/router. Inconvenient, but it works for me.

After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. If that does not resolve the issue, the printer would need to be replaced.
