网页2011年4月3日 · All my cold steel knives are of the camillus era (1095 steel): master hunter-kept in the car, cs shovel--my wife takes it away from me to use for potting soil--I can't convince her to throw it into a tree!, seriously, it makes a good tool to take to the beach for beachcombing, especially with one edge sharpened. My favorite cs is the master hunter.

If you are looking at this as a pure survival knife, of those two I would go with the SRK, and if money is an issue the SK5 steel will work just fine and runs less then $50. The BK2 is heavy, and because of that the stock sheath makes the knife flop around while on a belt.

As a knife maker, owner and maker of Cutright Knives, I can say that it saddens me that all of their products are made over seas.

I had an SRK the rubber Handle became loose to the knife, it is impossible to get any kind of detailed work done with it, even in CPM 3V I would stay away especially at $150. only my opinion based off couple years using. I have some Taiwan knives from other companies also, they are hit and miss in quality.
