2021年10月25日 · The Downgrader will now create a “settings” and “saves” folder in the GTA IV root directory for the XLivelessAddon that comes with the 1040 downgrade so your settings and saves will be correctly saved. The Downgrader will now delete both DLC Folders if you choose to downgrade to 1040 because this version can’t load DLCs.

2020年4月1日 · If anyone still has standalone IV and EFLC then the method in the topic linked below still works for converting EFLC's DLC folders to base game + DLCs. Time for me to release a mod on April 1st, this'll let you use this method of loading TLAD and TBoGT into IV while still keeping GFWL and multiplayer, essentially giving you a true complete edition:
