2015年11月14日 · Ok so your 80/20 ground beef is $1.99 "on sale", 13% less beef for $1.99. The canned beef I get is at least 93% lean cooked large cubed beef, not ground beef. In fact there is zero "fat" on the beef chunks, there is about a tablespoon of congealed fat on top when you open the can which I usually discard.

Werling and Keystone canned meat: any serious competition?
2022年5月22日 · Years ago I tried the Keystone Beef, Costco / Kirkland Roast Beef, and Grabill Beef Chunks side by side. There. was no significant difference in taste & quality. I eventually stocked a couple of cases of the Kirkland because it was the best price. Unfortunately, Costco stopped carrying the canned roast beef years ago.

Final level is simple grocery store canned meats including Chicken roast beef, Tuna, and salmon which will likely have a shelf life of at least 5 years.

2008年8月2日 · Just would advise everyone to buy single ingredient canned foods like good canned tuna and chicken and beef at Costo. Kirkland is high quality brand there. If you develop "leaky gut syndrome" or sudden onslaught of food allergies, you will have problems ever consuiming like canned chili or canned soups, etc.
