I used this receipe until about 5 years ago when I started buying The Fresh Market traditional stuffing mix. My family likes this much better. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! nALgirl

2011年11月27日 · A few years ago I put a probe in the cavity in the stuffing. I was surprised that it was a few degrees cooler than the breast which we limit to 163 F. That convinced me not to stuff the bird. So I only do the casserole (large baking pan actually) and we drizzle the turkey dripping, fat and all, over the completely prepared dressing in the pan.
