I would say 90% of the sound is in the player's fingers! So, if you were blind-folded, an EL-00 in Clapton's hands would make you swear it's a $5000 guitar!

2016年2月21日 · The LG-2 is somewhere in the middle, but really isn't like either one. Frankly, it's hard to compare any small-body Gibson with the slope-J guitars. You won't get the volume or tonal coloration of a slope-J in a smaller guitar.

In '67 they went back to a reverse-belly rosewood bridge, and then to a standard-belly in '68. Also, note that the plastic bridge did not have a fixed saddle as mentioned above, but rather an adjustable ceramic saddle.
